Muslim (2262)إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ رُؤْيَا يَكْرَهُهَا فَلْيَنْفُثْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ ثَلَاثًا وَلْيَتَعَوَّذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ثَلَاثًا وَلْيَتَحَوَّلْ عَنْ جَنْبِهِ الَّذِي كَانَ عَلَيْهِ
Idha ra'a ahadukum ru'ya yakrahuha falyanfuth 'an yasarihi thalathan wal yata'awwadh billahi minash-shaytani thalathan wal yatahawwal 'an janbihi alladhi kana 'alayh.
Lorsque l'un de vous fait un mauvais reve, qu'il souffle legerement a sa gauche trois fois, qu'il demande la protection d'Allah contre Satan trois fois, et qu'il se retourne sur l'autre cote.
Mérite
Le Prophete ﷺ a enseigne que ces trois actes empechent le mauvais reve de nuire a la personne.
