Muwatta Malik (3641)سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ
Subhanal-ladhi yusabbihur-ra'du bi hamdihi wal-mala'ikatu min khifatih.
Glory be to Him whom the thunder glorifies with His praise, and so do the angels out of fear of Him.

Abdullah ibn Az-Zubayr used to say this when he heard thunder and would stop talking.
