Sourate Ta-Ha (20:25-28)رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
Rabbi ishrah li sadri wa yassir li amri wahlul 'uqdatan min lisani yafqahu qawli
My Lord, expand for me my chest, ease my task for me, and untie the knot from my tongue so that they may understand my speech.
Tafsir
This supplication is that of Prophet Musa (Moses) when Allah ordered him to confront Pharaoh. He asked Allah to expand his chest, ease his task and untie his tongue. It is ideal before any situation requiring eloquence and serenity.
